The Yarnell Mine MRDS #10048177
The Yarnell Mine is a historic gold mine in Yavapai County, Arizona, discovered by Harrison Yarnell in 1873, which operated intermittently until it was closed in 1942 due to a government order. It produced a significant amount of gold and silver. SNS Processing has revitalized the mine in its phase 1 of the remaining 250,000 tons of feedstock.
Once the feedstock has been processed and sold SNS Processing will start on the indicated and measured area underground to go after the high grade quarts for gold, silver and numerous other metals. Mineral processors can get a product to market at an early stage by concentrating minerals that carry precious metals and free milling gold by gravity and enhanced gravity packaging a viable multi-mineral concentrate to smelters or refiners with the least amount of expenses possible. In effect making a wholesale gold product that has
nea r full value but is unfinished.
This is done by taking advantage of onsize material and separating it from larger value bearing head ore that requires further comminution. This
reduces the cost of second stages of recovery by reducing the volume of material needing to be ground for further concentration.
